A leading offshore operator is seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to join an Emergency Response & Rescue Vessel (ERRV) operating on a fixed rotational schedule.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of all propulsion and auxiliary machinery, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company safety standards.

Job Responsibilities
Manage all engine room operations and maintenance
Ensure safe and efficient operation of propulsion and auxiliary systems
Supervise engine department personnel
Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs
Maintain machinery performance and operational readiness
Ensure compliance with ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and company procedures
Maintain technical documentation and engine room records
Support emergency response operations onboard
Requirements
Valid STCW 2010 certification package
Valid Certificate of Competency (Chief Engineer)
Previous Chief Engineer experience on ERRV or offshore support vessels
Experience with MaK main engines is mandatory
Valid passport, seaman's book, and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong leadership and safety management skills
