We are looking for a highly qualified Chief Engineer with DPM (Dynamic Positioning Maintenance) certification to join a DP2-class Diving Support or Offshore Support Vessel. The successful candidate will oversee all technical operations and maintenance of onboard machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance in a demanding offshore environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, operate, and maintain all vessel machinery and propulsion systems.
• Oversee the technical crew and ensure adherence to maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with international safety and pollution prevention regulations.
• Maintain accurate engineering logs and daily reports.
• Supervise troubleshooting and repair activities for all critical systems.
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates and COC – Chief Engineer (Unlimited preferred).
• Dynamic Positioning Maintenance (DPM) certificate.
• Experience onboard DSV/OSV DP2 vessels.
• Valid Medical certificate and Seaman’s Book.
• Good command of English.
