- Holding valid STCW certificates
- All certificates and travel documents must be up to date
- Experience or strong interest in dredging vessels
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to a European crew environment
- Familiarity with PLC systems
- Loyal, committed, and highly motivated
- Good English communication skills
- Maximum 48 years old
