Viking is seeking experienced Waiters / Waitresses to provide high-quality dining service onboard its cruise vessels.
The successful candidates will deliver professional food and beverage service while ensuring an excellent guest experience.
Cruise experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Provide professional table and beverage service.
Take and serve guest orders accurately.
Maintain dining areas to high standards.
Assist with buffet and special-event service.
Handle guest requests professionally.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Work closely with the restaurant service team.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of 4-star or 5-star hotel experience.
Previous cruise experience preferred.
Food and beverage service experience.
Good English communication skills.
Strong customer-service skills.
