Job Description:
A prestigious fleet of Private & Charter Motor Yachts is seeking an experienced Head of Service to lead onboard service operations and deliver exceptional hospitality standards to owners and charter guests.
The successful candidate will manage the service department, oversee dining operations, and ensure a professional luxury guest experience in accordance with superyacht industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Manage and supervise onboard service operations
• Coordinate fine dining and beverage service for guests
• Train and support interior service team members
• Maintain exceptional hospitality and presentation standards
• Organize guest events, meals, and special requests
• Ensure compliance with yacht service procedures and safety standards
Requirements:
• Previous experience as Head of Service, Chief Steward(ess), or senior interior role onboard luxury yachts
• Strong knowledge of fine dining and beverage service
• Experience with charter guests and VIP hospitality
• Valid STCW 2010 certification package
• Valid Passport
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer’s medical certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Excellent guest service and leadership skills
• Professional appearance and discreet attitude
• Ability to manage a multinational interior team
