Job Description:
Viking Crew is seeking an experienced Head Bartender to join a luxury Cruise Liner fleet operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will supervise bar operations, manage beverage service standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through professional hospitality and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervise daily bar operations and beverage service
• Train and support bartending staff
• Maintain high standards of guest service and presentation
• Manage beverage inventory and stock control
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and company service standards

Requirements:
• Previous experience as Head Bartender or senior bar position onboard cruise ships, hotels, or luxury venues
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar operations
• Experience managing multicultural teams preferred
• Valid STCW certification package where applicable
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
