Job Description:
Grand Circle Corp. is seeking professional Restaurant Waiters to join the team aboard our cruise liners. As a Restaurant Waiter, you will ensure that guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing outstanding service and maintaining a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and serve guests in the restaurant
• Take orders, serve food, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Provide recommendations to guests based on the menu
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and handle high-pressure situations
• Proficiency in English
