Requirements:
Culinary school qualifications, 3 years experience in this job or in subordinate position, on board or on land.
Salary: 2,800 - 3,400 dollars/euros a month (approx.).
Responsible for the food preparation process, and direction and supervision of cooks and other subordinated personnel in the galley.
