Job Description

A luxury Motor Yacht is recruiting an experienced Cook / Crew Chef to provide nutritious, varied, and high-quality meals for the yacht’s crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare daily crew meals
• Prepare balanced meals and accommodate dietary requirements
• Manage food provisions and crew galley supplies
• Maintain food hygiene and sanitation standards
• Maintain proper food storage and stock rotation
• Keep the galley clean and organized
• Minimize food waste and manage provisions efficiently

Requirements

• Previous Cook / Crew Chef experience onboard yachts or vessels preferred
• Experience preparing meals for multinational crews
• Food Hygiene / Food Safety certification preferred
• Valid STCW certification where applicable
• Valid Medical Certificate
• Valid Passport and relevant documentation
• Good English communication skills
• Strong organizational and hygiene standards
