Qualifications
STCW Certification
ENG1 Medical Certificate
Professional Culinary Certificates: Formal training in culinary arts, such as a diploma or certification from a recognized culinary institute.
Food Safety and Hygiene Certification: Up-to-date certification (Level 2 or higher) in food safety and hygiene practices.
Proficiency in Provisioning: Experience sourcing high-quality ingredients in diverse locations, often with limited access to supplies.
Menu Planning Skills: Ability to create versatile menus catering to various dietary preferences and restrictions.
Previous Yacht Experience: Preferred, especially in similar roles or environments, to demonstrate familiarity with galley operations on a sailing yacht.
