Job Description:
Looking for an Assistant Cook to join the catering team onboard a Passenger Vessel. The Assistant Cook will help with basic meal preparation and cleaning duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support galley staff in food prep
• Clean kitchen equipment and working areas
• Assist with storage and inventory
• Maintain hygiene standards
• Help with dishwashing and serving when needed
Requirements:
• STCW Basic Safety Training
• Food hygiene certificate
• Medical fitness certificate
• Previous galley/kitchen experience helpful
• Basic English skills
