Job Description:
We are hiring a 2nd Cook to join a passenger vessel galley team in the EU. The 2nd Cook supports food prep, baking, and general kitchen duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in food preparation and baking
• Help with buffet setup and service
• Maintain galley cleanliness
• Follow food safety standards
• Support Chief Cook as required
Requirements:
• STCW Basic Safety Training
• Basic food handling certificate
• Seaman’s Book
• Previous maritime galley experience preferred
• Medical certificate
• English language understanding
