Requirements:
Experience of precasting concrete/construction experience
Ability to think on your feet when under pressure
Proven ability leading a team of 15 or more staff.
Ability to read technical drawings
Ability to lead by example and know how to energise your team
Hold relevant licenses & certification
Familiarity with Australian standards
