Select Offshore is currently seeking an experienced Deck Supervisor for Offshore Support Vessels operating in UK waters.
The successful candidate will supervise deck operations, coordinate deck personnel, oversee cargo and lifting activities, and ensure safe execution of offshore tasks in compliance with company HSE standards.

Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily deck operations
Coordinate deck crew activities
Oversee cargo handling and lifting operations
Ensure deck maintenance is completed efficiently
Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks
Monitor compliance with HSE procedures
Participate in emergency drills
Maintain operational readiness onboard
Requirements
Valid STCW certification package
Previous Offshore Support Vessel experience in a supervisory role preferred
Valid passport and seafarer's medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent safety awareness
Physically and medically fit for offshore service
