Ires Ship Management is currently recruiting an experienced Offshore Supervisor to coordinate offshore construction and maintenance activities onboard an Accommodation Work Barge.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise assigned offshore work teams.
Coordinate daily work activities.
Monitor productivity and work quality.
Ensure compliance with approved work procedures.
Conduct toolbox talks and daily briefings.
Coordinate manpower, tools, and equipment.
Monitor safe execution of work.
Report project progress and issues to management.
Requirements
Previous offshore supervisory experience.
Experience in construction, marine, or Oil & Gas projects.
Relevant trade or technical qualification preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good English communication skills.
Strong HSE awareness.
Valid offshore safety certifications where applicable.
