Job Description:
Select Offshore is currently seeking an experienced Deck Supervisor for an offshore project onboard a Heavy Lift Vessel. The role involves supporting complex lifting and deck operations in UK offshore waters. This is a short-term contract with challenging working conditions, requiring strict adherence to safety standards and close coordination with vessel officers and project teams. Only candidates with proven Heavy Lift Vessel experience and the legal right to work in the UK will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising deck operations and heavy lift activities
• Ensuring compliance with lifting plans, risk assessments, and safety procedures
• Coordinating deck crew during offshore construction and lifting operations
• Maintaining safe working practices in accordance with company and UK offshore regulations

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Proven Heavy Lift Vessel experience is mandatory
• UK Work Permit or British nationality is mandatory
• BOSIET with CA-EBS
• GWO Sea Survival and Working at Height
• Rigger Certificate
• STCW Basic Safety Training
