- Previous experience operating a backhoe, preferably in a marine environment
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training
- Valid STCW Medical Certificate
- Valid Seaman’s Book (SMBK)
- Ability to read dredging plans and operate in line with project requirements
- Good communication skills in English
- Availability to work in a 6/6 rotation
