BDI Offshore Supplier & Services is recruiting an experienced Winch Operator to support offshore lifting, mooring, positioning, and construction operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate offshore winches safely and efficiently
• Conduct pre-use inspections of winch equipment
• Assist with mooring, positioning, lifting, and construction operations
• Monitor winch systems and report defects
• Follow lifting plans and safe-work procedures
Requirements
• Previous offshore winch operating experience
• Relevant winch/operator certification where applicable
• Offshore marine or construction experience preferred
• Valid STCW certificates where applicable
• Valid Medical Certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness
