We are urgently looking for **2x Winch Operators** to join a **Heavy Lift project** in the UK. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating winches and supporting lifting operations in line with safety and project standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operate winches safely during heavy lift operations
• Support deck and lifting teams during offshore assignments
• Ensure compliance with lifting procedures and HSE requirements
• Conduct pre-use checks and assist with equipment maintenance
• Participate in toolbox talks and emergency drills

• Valid **GWO Working at Height**
• **BOSIET CA-EBS** (OPITO-approved)
• **OGUK Medical**
• Previous offshore heavy lift/winch operator experience preferred
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
