**Accord People** are recruiting for a **Motorman** to join a **Construction Support Vessel (CSV)** operating in UK waters. The successful candidate will support daily engine room operations, maintenance, and vessel performance in compliance with company and international safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist with daily engine room operations and maintenance of machinery
• Monitor equipment performance and support troubleshooting activities
• Ensure compliance with STCW and HSE standards
• Perform watchkeeping duties under supervision of senior engineers
• Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures

• Valid **Right to Work in UK**
• Passport & Seaman’s Book
• **BOSIET** (OPITO approved)
• **Motorman COC/COP**
• STCW Basic Safety Training (PST, FPFF, EFA, PSSR)
• **STCW Seafarers with Designated Security Duties**
• **ENG1 Medical**
• **Engine Room Watch Rating** certificate
• Shoulder measurements (for PPE compliance)
