Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Master to lead operations onboard a Work Boat in Thailand. The Master will ensure safe navigation, compliance with maritime regulations, and efficient vessel management as per STCW Convention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee vessel navigation and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with international and local maritime regulations
• Manage crew and maintain discipline onboard
• Coordinate port operations, cargo, and maintenance activities
• Ensure safety and environmental standards are upheld
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Relevant experience as Master or Chief Officer
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
