We are urgently seeking an experienced Master to join a Tug Boat vessel currently located in Malta and scheduled to proceed to Nigeria.
The vessel is 416 GT and 32 m in length. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe navigation and overall operation of the vessel.
Candidates must be able to join in Malta without a visa, depending on nationality, or hold a valid Malta visa.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Taking overall command and responsibility for the safe operation of the vessel.
Ensuring safe navigation and compliance with applicable maritime regulations.
Supervising deck operations and onboard crew.
Maintaining safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Coordinating vessel operations during the voyage from Malta to Nigeria.
Requirements:
Valid Master’s Certificate of Competency.
Relevant Tug Boat / Work Boat experience.
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to join the vessel in Malta without a visa, depending on nationality, or hold a valid Malta visa.
Availability for immediate joining.
