PT Jasa Internasional Maritim is recruiting an experienced Master to join an ASD Tug. The candidate will be responsible for the overall command of the vessel and the safe and efficient execution of marine operations.
Job Responsibilities
Take overall command and responsibility for safe vessel operations
Ensure safe navigation and maneuvering of the ASD Tug
Supervise and manage the onboard crew
Coordinate towing, mooring, berthing, and unberthing operations
Ensure compliance with company HSE and maritime procedures
Maintain vessel documentation and operational readiness
Conduct and oversee safety drills and emergency procedures
Requirements
Indonesian nationality
Valid ANT I qualification
Previous experience as Master on ASD Tug vessels
Experience in the same rank and vessel type is required
Valid STCW certificates relevant to the position
Valid Passport and Seaman's Book
Valid Medical Certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong leadership and safety awareness
