Job Description
Y-Ships is currently recruiting an experienced Master to join a Multipurpose AHTS or Pusher Tug operating on offshore and marine projects worldwide.
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the safe navigation and operation of the vessel, crew management, towing and anchor-handling activities, and compliance with international maritime regulations and company procedures.

Job Responsibilities
Command and safely operate the vessel.
Conduct navigational watchkeeping and voyage planning.
Supervise towing, anchor-handling, mooring, and offshore support operations.
Manage deck and engine departments in cooperation with senior officers.
Ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, ISM Code, and company HSE procedures.
Conduct safety meetings, drills, and risk assessments.
Maintain statutory and operational documentation.
Liaise with company representatives, clients, and authorities when required.
Requirements
Valid Master Certificate of Competency (CoC).
Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
Previous experience as Master on AHTS, Pusher Tug, Offshore Support Vessel, or similar vessel.
Towing and anchor-handling experience preferred.
Valid passport, seaman's book, and medical certificate.
Good English communication skills.
Strong leadership and safety management skills.
Physically and medically fit for sea service.
Freshers may be considered subject to company requirements.
