Key Responsibilities

Ensure safe and efficient vessel operations.

Oversee navigation, voyage planning, and crew management.

Maintain compliance with international and local maritime regulations.

Manage vessel documentation, reports, and official records.

Conduct safety drills and onboard training for all crew members.

Requirements

Valid Master’s maritime certification (STCW-compliant).

Extensive experience on offshore vessels (FSV experience preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Knowledge of U.S. waters and regulations is an advantage.
