Augustea Intcrews Indonesia is currently recruiting an experienced Master to join its Crew Boat / Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe navigation, operation, and management of the vessel while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company safety standards. This position is open to Indonesian seafarers who are ready to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Managing all onboard operations and ensuring the safe navigation of the vessel.
Supervising deck and engine departments to maintain efficient vessel performance.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, STCW, SOLAS, and international maritime regulations.
Coordinating crew management, emergency preparedness, and safety drills.
Maintaining operational records and communicating with shore management.
Requirements:
Valid Master Certificate of Competency (COC).
Valid STCW Certificates.
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
Good English communication skills.
Nationality: Indonesian Seafarers only.
Previous experience as Master on Crew Boat or Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) is preferred.
Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.
