Job Description
Augustea International Crews is currently recruiting an experienced Master to join a Barge, Tug Boat, or Crew Boat operating on international and offshore projects.
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for safe vessel operation, navigation, crew management, and compliance with international maritime regulations and company procedures.

Job Responsibilities
Command and safely operate the vessel.
Maintain safe navigation and navigational watchkeeping.
Supervise deck operations, mooring, anchoring, and cargo activities.
Manage and supervise the vessel's crew.
Ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and ISM Code requirements.
Conduct safety meetings, drills, and risk assessments.
Maintain statutory and operational documentation.
Liaise with company representatives, clients, and authorities when required.
Requirements
Valid Master Certificate of Competency (CoC).
Valid STCW certification package.
Previous experience as Master on Barge, Tug Boat, Crew Boat, or similar vessel.
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Valid passport and seaman's book.
Good English communication skills.
Strong leadership and safety management skills.
Professional attitude and ability to manage a multinational crew.
Ready to join according to vessel requirements.
