Requirements:
- Valid certifications and documents
- Strong experience in Rig Move and Towing Barge
- COC Class I & II
- ADNOC approval (preferred)
- Proficient in English
- Minimum of 3 years in the same rank and vessel type
- Middle East experience (required)
