Ires Ship Management is recruiting an experienced Welder Foreman to supervise welding teams during offshore fabrication, structural repair, and maintenance activities.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise welders and welding activities.
Coordinate daily welding work and manpower.
Review drawings and welding requirements.
Monitor welding quality and productivity.
Ensure compliance with approved welding procedures.
Coordinate with fitters, fabricators, and supervisors.
Conduct toolbox talks.
Ensure safe execution of hot-work activities.
Requirements
Extensive welding experience.
Previous supervisory / foreman experience.
Offshore construction or marine fabrication experience preferred.
Relevant welding qualifications and certifications.
Good English communication skills.
Strong HSE awareness.
Valid offshore safety certificates and medical certification.
