Ires Ship Management is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Foreman to supervise scaffolding teams supporting offshore construction and maintenance activities.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise scaffolding personnel.
Plan daily scaffolding activities.
Ensure safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolds.
Inspect scaffolding structures before use.
Coordinate scaffolding requirements with other departments.
Ensure compliance with working-at-height procedures.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Requirements
Extensive scaffolding experience.
Previous scaffolding supervisory experience.
Valid scaffolding certification.
Strong knowledge of working-at-height safety.
Offshore construction experience preferred.
Good English communication skills.
Valid offshore safety and medical certificates.
