Columbia Aurus Ship Management is currently seeking an experienced Deck Foreman to join a Multi-Purpose Support Vessel (MPSV) supporting offshore construction and marine operations worldwide.
The successful candidate will supervise deck crews, coordinate lifting and cargo operations, oversee maintenance activities, and ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and offshore HSE standards.

Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily deck operations and deck crew.
Coordinate lifting, cargo handling, and offshore support activities.
Ensure compliance with lifting plans and safety procedures.
Monitor deck maintenance and preservation work.
Conduct toolbox talks and work planning meetings.
Maintain deck equipment and operational readiness.
Ensure compliance with offshore HSE policies and permit-to-work systems.
Participate in emergency response and safety drills.
Requirements
General Requirements
Previous experience as Deck Foreman offshore.
Experience onboard MPSV or similar offshore support vessels preferred.
Valid offshore safety certification package.
Valid STCW certification package.
Valid Passport and Medical Certificate.
Good English communication skills.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Physically and medically fit for offshore work.
