Job Description:
Astro Offshore seeks a Deck Foreman to oversee deck operations onboard Multi-Purpose Support Vessels (MPSV). The successful candidate will ensure safe and efficient execution of deck and lifting operations while supervising deck crew.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate deck crew activities
• Ensure safe execution of crane, rigging, and cargo handling operations
• Maintain communication between deck, bridge, and engineering departments
• Ensure all lifting gear and deck tools are properly maintained
Requirements:
• Proven offshore experience as Deck Foreman or Bosun
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid STCW and medical certificates
• Excellent English skills
• Familiarity with MPSV operations and offshore procedures
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: 2–3 months (renewable)
