DMC Offshore Croatia is looking for experienced Deck Foremen to supervise deck crews during offshore construction and cable-laying operations throughout Europe.
The successful candidate will coordinate daily deck activities, lifting operations, and maintenance work while ensuring compliance with offshore safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise deck crew operations
Coordinate lifting and cargo handling activities
Organize maintenance and construction work
Ensure compliance with HSE procedures
Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings
Support offshore construction projects
Maintain operational records
Coordinate with vessel management
Requirements
Previous offshore experience as Deck Foreman
EU Residency is mandatory
Valid STCW 2010 certification package
Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate
Offshore certificates relevant to the position
Good English communication skills
Strong leadership and organizational skills
