Helder Maritiem is seeking experienced Jacking Engineers to join a backup crew pool for a long-term offshore jack-up project in Mozambique.
The successful candidates will be responsible for operating, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting jack-up systems to ensure safe offshore installation and operational activities.
Candidates selected for the reserve crew will be prepared for immediate mobilization if required during the project.

Jacking Engineer (2 Positions)
Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor jack-up systems
Inspect jacking mechanisms and related equipment
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic faults
Maintain technical documentation and maintenance records
Support offshore installation activities
Participate in emergency response procedures
Ensure compliance with offshore HSE and operational standards
Requirements
Previous offshore experience as Jacking Engineer
Experience with jack-up systems is mandatory
Valid offshore safety certification (BOSIET/FOET or equivalent preferred)
Valid Offshore Medical Certificate
Valid Passport
Good English communication skills
Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge
Ability to mobilize on short notice
