Ires Ship Management is looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to support offshore project planning and progress control.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and coordinating planning information with offshore teams and management.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and update project schedules.
Monitor daily and weekly project progress.
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment planning.
Prepare progress reports and project forecasts.
Identify delays and assist with recovery planning.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and offshore teams.
Maintain project planning documentation.
Support project management with schedule analysis.
Requirements
Relevant engineering or project-planning qualification.
Previous offshore construction or marine project experience.
Experience in project scheduling and progress reporting.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Good English communication skills.
Proficiency with planning and reporting tools preferred.
Valid offshore certificates where applicable.
