An offshore maritime company is currently recruiting an experienced 4th Engineer for deployment onboard a Cable Lay Barge in Vietnam.
The successful candidate will assist with engine room operations and support machinery maintenance onboard.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with engine room watchkeeping duties
Maintain auxiliary machinery and equipment
Support planned maintenance and repair work
Monitor engine room systems and operational performance
Ensure compliance with safety procedures onboard
Support offshore cable laying vessel operations
Requirements
Taiwanese nationality preferred
Previous Cable Lay Barge experience required
Valid STCW certification package
Valid ILO medical certificate
Valid Engineer CoC as applicable
Good English communication skills
Strong teamwork and technical skills
