We are seeking an experienced Chief Mate to join an FSV vessel transfer operation. The Chief Mate will support navigation, vessel handling, and deck operation oversight during the transit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Master with safe navigation and vessel handling
• Oversee deck crew and operational readiness
• Maintain watchkeeping duties
• Ensure compliance with ISM, STCW, and safety procedures
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates and Seaman Book
• Experience as Chief Mate on FSV / Crew Boat / High-Speed Craft (preferred)
• Good English communication skills
• Valid offshore medical
