A tanker management company is currently seeking experienced Cooks for deployment onboard AFRAMAX Tanker vessels.
The selected candidate will prepare meals for crew members and maintain high standards of galley hygiene and catering services onboard.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare daily meals for crew members onboard
Maintain galley cleanliness and food safety standards
Manage food inventory and storage operations
Support accommodation and catering services onboard
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety procedures
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in the same rank onboard AFRAMAX Tanker vessels required
Valid STCW certification package
Documents must remain valid for at least 18 months
Good English communication skills
Experience working with multinational crews preferred
Strong culinary and organizational abilities
