DESE Crew Management is seeking an experienced Cook to join a General Cargo Vessel operating on worldwide trading routes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals for the crew, maintaining galley hygiene, managing food inventories, and ensuring compliance with maritime food safety standards.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced marine cooks with previous General Cargo vessel experience.

Cook — USD 1,772/month
Job Responsibilities
Prepare daily meals for the vessel's crew.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley.
Manage food inventories and provisions.
Ensure proper food storage and handling procedures.
Plan menus according to company standards.
Comply with food safety, HSE, and maritime regulations.
Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety activities.
Requirements
Indonesian nationality.
Previous experience as Cook on General Cargo vessels.
Minimum 2 completed contracts in the same rank and vessel type.
Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
Valid Schengen Visa.
Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.
All certificates valid for at least 15 months.
Good English communication skills.
Physically and medically fit for sea service.
