WestCrew Marine Services Ltd. is urgently seeking an experienced Cook to join VLCC and Gas Tanker vessels of 35,000 GT and above operating in the Persian Gulf.
The successful candidate will prepare nutritious meals for the crew, maintain galley hygiene, manage food inventories, and comply with international food safety and maritime health standards.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare daily meals for officers and crew
Plan menus and manage food supplies
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley
Store food products safely and properly
Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with inventory control and provisioning
Support a healthy onboard living environment
Requirements
Ghanaian nationality only
Previous Oil Tanker and Gas Tanker experience (mandatory)
Vessel experience on ships of 35,000 GT and above
Valid STCW Certificates
Valid Passport and Medical Certificate
Good English communication skills
Previous experience as Cook onboard merchant vessels
