Required:
Minimum 2 year’s experience as Assistant / Junior Cook onboard a cruise ship or 4 / 5* hotel/resort
Possess advanced knife handling skills
Basic knowledge of food handling procedures with regard to public health standards
Basic understanding of food specifications
Knowledge of Vessels Sanitation Program regulations and procedures
All certificates required by the STWC
