Rotation: 8-9 months on / 2 months off.
Qualifications and competence:
Minimum one year's experience in a restaurant, hotel, or cruise ship environment.
Must have worked in a high-volume professional Culinary environment.
Must be physically strong and able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs to sustain physically challenging work.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
US Visa C1/D is preferred however not required at the time of application (the transit and crewmember VISA must be obtained before start date)
