2nd Chef for 95m Support Vessel

Description

Start Date: March 14th until end of October (Tbc).

Location: Middle East

Package: Salary paid in Euros inclusive of leave



Experience and Attributes Required:

Minimum 5 years Yacht/Cruise in similar level Chef position

Good communicator and team player

Well organised & good attention to detail

Good leadership skills, some management experience is a plus

Flexible attitude, can deal with last minute changes

Stamina to remain focused and consistently produce top quality food



Qualifications Required:

Certified Culinary Trained Chef Degree

Ship’s Cook Certificate (not essential)

STCW (all up-dated)

Proficiency in Designated Security Duties Certificate (mandatory)

Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Minimum 6 months’ validity)

Seaman’s Discharge Book

Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 minimum

Fully Covid vaccinated initial vaccines & booster (Client Request)
