Experience and Attributes Required:
High End Restaurant experience to a high calibre is primary
Yachting experience on similar sized vessels is preferable
Happy to focus on Crew catering with the direction of second chef and senior sous chef
Experience and knowledge of preparing International cuisines
Exceptional attention to detail, hygiene and food safety
Team player
Fluent English both written and verbal
