Skills typically acquired through successful completion of an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management or related field.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in related field which includes management experience.
Completion of a graduate degree in MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Must possess a complete understanding of the financial and treasury concepts.
Current knowledge to evaluate various financing alternatives and Project Management (Multiple stakeholders, disciplines, etc.) experience required.
Must possess excellent analytical skills, including financial modeling and other quantitative abilities.
Must possess excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Strategic thinking (macro thinker) and detail orientation (micro thinker) required.
Must be very customer focused.
Excellent listening and negotiating skill are required.
Must be achievement oriented and possess a continuous improvement and results focus.
Should have the potential to work with and develop subordinate staff.
