PT Bohai Drilling Service Indonesia (BDSI) is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee drilling and workover operations in the Duri, Riau region.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, operational supervision, and ensure full compliance with HSE and company standards across multiple rigs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee multiple rig sites and ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate manpower, logistics, and maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with clients and internal departments for project execution.
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling/workover operations, including 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications and technical qualifications.
• Indonesian Nationals (WNI) only.
• Maximum age: 54 years.
