Requirements:
Proven experience as a Rig Manager or in a senior drilling management position
Relevant drilling industry experience
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Good knowledge of drilling operations and HSE requirements
Relevant professional qualifications and certifications
Good command of English
Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
