**Job Description:**
EnerCrew MENA is seeking an experienced **Rig Manager** to join our drilling operations team in Saudi Arabia. The Rig Manager will be responsible for the overall performance, safety, and operational efficiency of the assigned rig. This includes managing daily drilling activities, supervising multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring all operations comply with company and international safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Oversee all rig operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with HSE standards.
• Manage and lead rig personnel to achieve production and performance objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments regarding drilling programs and project updates.
• Ensure the maintenance and readiness of all rig equipment and systems.
• Conduct regular safety meetings, audits, and risk assessments.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to drilling teams, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.

**Requirements:**
• Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling or well operations, including at least 3 years in a Rig Manager or equivalent supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of drilling operations, rig maintenance, and HSE standards.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Valid offshore medical certificate (if applicable).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
