As the Project Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality management process and ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards. Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Strategies:
Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality management framework for projects
Develop quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
Design and implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards
Conduct Quality Audits:
Plan and execute regular quality audits to evaluate project processes, documentation, and deliverables
Identify areas of improvement and develop corrective action plans to address quality gaps
Monitor and track the implementation of corrective actions to ensure timely resolution
Collaborate with Stakeholders:
Work closely with project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to establish quality objectives and requirements
