Essential Education Background
Degree or equivalent in Environmental/Earth Science or similar technical discipline.
Essential Experience and Job Requirement
10+ years of experience in land remediation management.
Strong execution delivery and interpersonal skills.
Experience in high-hazard industry (e.g. COMAH sites or equivalent) or oil and gas related leadership is essential.
Experience with commercial and contractual management of high value projects.
Experience working within culturally diverse and challenging environments is a distinct advantage
Good presentation and influencing skills with effective communication skills
Proven staff coaching and development skills
Ability to present technical material with confidence and clarity internally within client organisation and externally with contractor organisations
The ability to work as a team member aligned and committed to the team’s success.
Proficient computer skills.
